For all of you Sebastian locals, you are fully aware of the famous hometown hotspot, Capt. Hirams. For those of you unfamiliar, come to Sebastian, and you will surely find out. Well, good news — Capt. Hirams is opening a new addition. Scoop’s Two Drink will boast top shelf liquors and an upscale selection of wines and beers. The new bar will be located in an elevated section of The Sand Bar and will have views of both stages and the river. The new gigantic HD flat screen will be featured in the bar for up-close footage of Hiram’s concerts, as well as sporting events.
